Texas National Bank is warning customers not to reply to text messages claiming to be from Texas National Bank. The messages are part of a “phishing” scam aimed at gaining access to customers’ accounts.
Texas National Bank DOES NOT contact customers to request their personal or account information by automated phone call or text.
Customers that receive suspicious text messages may contact Texas National Bank Customer Service at 956-217-7100 during normal business hours for additional assistance.
For our customers’ protection, NEVER RESPOND to automated messages – text, email or phone – from any financial institution.
