Accounts Payable Specialist
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be required to provide clerical and accounting support for the accounting department, including, but not limited to, processing and verifying invoices, ensuring timely payment of liabilities, and maintaining vendor relationships. The accounts payable specialist will also assist with the interim and annual external and internal audits.
Mortgage Loan Coordinator
A Mortgage Loan Coordinator (MLC) provides administrative support to the entire Mortgage Operation, but primarily to the Mortgage Loan Processor. The MLC is responsible for, but not limited to greeting and directing clients, directing calls to the appropriate staff member, coordinating an “items needed” list for borrowers, initiate “order outs” for appraisal, title, surveys, verifications, etc. The MLC will also update and maintain client information within Loan Origination System (LOS) and assist the mortgage loan processor in clearing conditions on the loan file. They may also assist in performing any post- closing functions, as needed.
Construction Mortgage Specialist
The Construction Mortgage Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end financing process for residential construction projects. This includes guiding clients through complex "construction-to-permanent" loans, evaluating builder risk, and overseeing the critical disbursement (draw) process. You will act as the primary liaison between mortgage lender, borrowers, builders, and the bank’s internal credit department.
Senior Internal Auditor
The Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for all duties related to the administration of the Bank’s Internal Audit program. To include performing financial, operational, and internal control audits, risk assessment and applying critical thinking skills to scenarios encountered related to internal control deficiencies and/or findings and identify bank policy and procedure exceptions. In addition to communicating effectively with business process managers and ensure any identified audit exceptions and deficiencies are properly addressed and resolved in a timely and effective manner.
Public Relations Coordinator
Public Relations Coordinators play a critical role in managing the public image and of the bank. Excellent communication skills are essential to build and maintain positive relationships with the public, clients and media representatives.
